Can I make a claim while I'm away?

Absolutely!

We understand that you might be away for extended periods of time, so our online claims system allows you to submit claims and liaise with our claims representatives while you are still traveling.

Simply log in to your membership page to start the process and follow the prompts to submit your claim.

If you don’t have a membership, you can create a membership on this page. You’ll need to enter your email and the policy number of your last purchase.

If you forgot your log-in details, you can email us with the subject line 'Password Reset'.
