When you buy World Nomads travel insurance, we will email your policy certificate and the policy wording to you.
You can access your policy certificate and policy wording at any time by signing in.
From the member dashboard, click the “your policies” link to view all the policies you have purchased with us.
If you have a World Nomads membership but you accidentally purchased as a guest, the policy won't show up in your membership. You'll need to send your policy number to the customer service team at serviceUSA@worldnomads.com, so they can merge your policy into your membership.
If you don't have a membership, you can create a free one here. You will need a membership if you need to make a claim. It’s a good idea to create your membership now in case you want to make a claim while you’re still traveling.
It’s a good idea to print the plan details page and carry it with you, in case you find yourself in need of emergency assistance but unable to access your digital copy. It’s also a good idea to leave a copy with someone at home.
